Grafana Labs seeks a senior Pyroscope engineer to own end-to-end projects in a fully remote, international setup. You will shape features, drive performance-focused development, and collaborate across Grafana squads to integrate profiling into the broader observability platform.

You will work on OpenTelemetry-led profiling, multi-tenant SaaS on Kubernetes, and AI-assisted tooling, contributing to open-source governance while maintaining high standards and customer impact.

Formación

• Experience with Go and at least one other major language in a distributed system.
• Knowledge of profiling and performance engineering tools (flamegraphs, pprof, perf).
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or large-scale observability systems.
• Experience operating multi-tenant SaaS on Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Own meaningful Pyroscope projects end to end, shaping what the team builds next.
• Lead projects from concept to rollout including design, delivery, and customer follow-up.
• Design, build, and operate core components of a distributed database: ingestion, storage, and query.
• Collaborate with Grafana squads (App Observability, Alloy, Tempo, other DB teams) to make profiles useful across the stack.
• Participate in on-call (EMEA rotation) and drive incident learning and automation.
