Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement operating in 28 countries. You will join the Payments Squad as a Senior Backend Engineer, shaping the engine that moves money globally and ensuring transactional precision, idempotency, and fault tolerance.

You will work with a modern stack including MongoDB, Redis, Sentry, Datadog, and AI-assisted tools to deliver resilient backend services at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of production-grade backend experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and idempotency.
• Experience with payments systems (gateways like Stripe/Adyen) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design for resilience: Build and optimize robust backend services capable of high-volume traffic with 100% data consistency.
• Evolve distributed architectures: Transform existing systems into scalable event-driven structures.
• High-Stakes Quality: Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Operational Excellence & Observability: Monitor health and resolve bottlenecks using observability tools.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor juniors and document engineering standards.
• AI-Empowered Development: Leverage AI tools to accelerate cycles and improve delivery speed.
