Félix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape the core architecture of its Fintech Platform. You will join a squad in Payments, Disbursements, or GRC to build secure, high-performance backend services and scale cross-border financial operations.

You will work with a tech-agnostic stack, implement scalable architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant financial solutions. This fully remote role offers growth and a chance to impact millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Fintech domain experience is highly desirable.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing and implementing web services, incl. REST APIs.
• Knowledge of security, compliance standards and KYC/AML processes.
• Excellent collaboration and prioritization skills.
• Curiosity and/or Fintech experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices in Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Develop and optimize systems for secure transaction processing.
• Design robust services for secure disbursement of funds to beneficiaries.
• Build and enhance onboarding, KYC, and compliance systems.
• Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests.
• Utilize Google Cloud services and distributed systems tooling.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other units.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Iterate on platform capabilities using user feedback and analytics.
