Placements24 is seeking a Remote Lead Software Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of a core trading platform. You will mentor a distributed team, shape technical strategy, and ensure secure, scalable software across the stack.

You will lead high-uptime services, collaborate with product and design, and drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive software development experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience architecting and building complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Expertise in languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and messaging queues.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or FinTech applications is desirable.
