Qualifications

• Experience building distributed systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Address distributed systems challenges: concurrency, fault tolerance, high-throughput.
• Integrate AI and ML capabilities into product workflows.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards.
• Use AI-assisted development tools daily.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
