Job summary

Lansweeper is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Alicante to build high‑scale backend systems using Go or Rust. You’ll work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite) on an AI‑native engineering team focused on asset discovery, recognition, and enrichment. Strong distributed systems experience and AI tool fluency are essential.

You’ll collaborate with an international team, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor colleagues while delivering production‑quality code with speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Primary language: Go or Rust
• Proven experience building distributed systems at scale
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

The Recognition & DataCore team owns the core intelligence layer of our platform: the systems that discover, identify, classify, and enrich millions of assets across IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments. This is high-stakes, high-scale backend engineering — the kind of work where precision, performance, and reliability directly affect the security posture of our enterprise customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who writes production-quality Go or Rust, thinks deeply about distributed systems, and treats AI‑assisted development as a daily practice — not an experiment.

You should be comfortable prompting, validating, and refining AI‑generated code, and using AI to improve development speed while maintaining production‑quality standards.
