About The Role:

We are building a distributed, service-oriented iGaming platform from the ground up using a modern tech stack led by Go and supported by Laravel. This is an opportunity to work on greenfield services at the core of a scalable, resilient, and performant system and help define the backbone of a next generation digital gaming experience. You will join a senior team working on challenging problems with modern tools in an environment that values autonomy, quality, and long-term thinking.

We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our crazily growing Engineering function!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build distributed backend services that form the foundation of our platform.
• Develop core platform features and integrations with third party providers such as games, payments, and wallets.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code in Go as the primary language supported by Laravel.
• Participate in architectural design and technical decision making.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver full end to end solutions.
• Work in a cloud native environment using modern DevOps practices and containerization technologies.
• Ensure high levels of reliability, scalability, and performance across services.

About You:

• You have 6 or more years of experience in backend development, preferably in high traffic or distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go as a primary backend language. Experience with gRPC is highly valued.
• Experience with Laravel is a plus, but not required.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience integrating and working with third party APIs and services.
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms, containerization and CI/CD.
• Commitment to software quality and engineering best practices.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage but not required.
