Job Description

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will collaborate on software development projects using Agile techniques, responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for our applications.

Additionally, you will assist in various areas such as:

• Detailing required functionalities, developing services and operations that form the application, and/or integrating these solutions with other components or applications.
• Drawing up all necessary technical documentation in accordance with the Group's Development Policies and solution design specifications.
• Certifying the software produced and its components' integration, conducting certification cycles as defined in the testing strategy.
• Packaging solutions for correct deployment of software across different environments or collaborating with DevOps teams.
• Identifying training, upskilling, or re-profiling needs to maintain technical competencies.
• Optimizing processes in software development.

Qualifications

Required Technical Knowledge:

• 4 to 5 years of experience with the required technologies.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a team leader (desirable).
• Proficiency in Java (8 and 11, deep understanding of core Java) with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Stream.
• Experience with Kafka (Event-Driven Architecture).
• Knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, OpenAPI) and software design patterns.
• Framework testing: JUnit, Mockito, Postman.
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Continuous Integration tools: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube.
• Web application servers/containers: WebSphere, OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Trade & Working Capital solutions products, especially Confirming.
• Fluent in English (B2 or C1) and Spanish (C1).
