• Experience leading technical initiatives.
• Strong experience with Kotlin or Java + Spring.
• Solid AWS experience.
• Expertise in testing methodologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Experience with microservices or modular monolith deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Passion for building product-centric solutions.
• Fluent English.

You will join a cross-functional team with a real impact and help shape backend practices through initiative, mentoring, and collaboration.
