As Backend Engineer, you will own technical direction, architect scalable services, and mentor teams to deliver high-impact solutions across millions of users.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Strong microservices architecture and performance optimization experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud in production.
• Hands-on AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm).
• Experience with Kafka and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• CI/CD practices and secure, well-tested code.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Lead technical direction within your product team and architect scalable solutions for millions of users.
• Collaborate to analyze problems, form hypotheses, and propose solutions with ambiguity.
• Validate hypotheses through iterative experiments and fail-fast culture.
• Drive technical evolution across Backend, introducing new technologies and best practices.
• Align across teams to deliver cross-stakeholder solutions.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
• Own cross-team initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
• Understand end-to-end product experience, grounding decisions in business impact.
