Formación

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Fund Administration.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Complete knowledge of Fund Administration processes.

Senior Back Office Operations Agent (Fund administration services) – CDI

In the context of our growing Investor Services Department, we are hiring a Senior Transfer Agent in Bilbao office for a dynamic and significant position with a multi-jurisdiction reach. The role will report directly to the Operations Manager.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Maintain the shareholder register of the investment funds in cooperation with the AML and KYC team
  • Collect, analyze and process investors’ subscription, redemption and transfer orders received.
  • Control and settlement of all trades.
  • Management of close-ended funds events such as closings, distributions and capital calls.
  • Generate Cash Flow forecast for the Investment Managers.
  • Generate reporting to investors
  • Oversight of third-party Transfer Agencies
  • Contribute to the improvement of the processes in the department
  • Play a key role contributing with your knowledge in projects related to the department

Qualifications and experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Fund Administration.
  • A complete knowledge and understanding of Fund Administration processes.
  • Knowledge of alternative and private equity funds would be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Other European languages would be an advantage.
  • Understand different investor types and have general knowledge of the AML / KYC regulations
  • You are well organized and able to work independently with a high-quality standard
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a team player willing to contribute with your knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining close attention to details
  • Proactive and self-organized, positive, dynamic
  • Constant focus on quality and client service
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Team player, adaptable, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment
