Nalanda is seeking a seasoned corporate communications professional to support and execute the company’s communication plan while ensuring consistent tone and messaging across channels. The role requires translating complex B2B topics into clear narratives for clients, partners and media, and coordinating PR activities with external agencies and stakeholders.

You will help position Nalanda within the Once For All group and the European built environment ecosystem, contributing to the expansion

Formación

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, external communications or related roles.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, construction, industrial, infrastructure or corporate environments.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Spanish.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication judgement and ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Experience with media, PR agencies or external stakeholders.
• Experience managing LinkedIn or corporate social media from a corporate communications perspective.
• Ability to translate complex B2B topics into clear, credible messages.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution ofNalanda’s corporate communication plan.
• Help define, refine and activate messages for clients, prospects, suppliers and media.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear communication angles and narratives.
• Ensure consistency of tone, positioning and messaging across channels.
• Support communications around initiatives, product launches, partnerships and milestones.
• Position Nalanda within the Once For All group and European ecosystem.
• Contribute to evolving Nalanda’s external voice as it expands beyond compliance solutions.
• Coordinate Nalanda’s PR and media relations activities.
• Develop and manage press releases, media opportunities and interviews.
• Collaborate with PR agencies and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase Nalanda’s visibility in media and industry platforms.
• Prepare briefing materials and key messages for spokespeople.
• Monitor media coverage and market trends.
• Develop clear messages for Health & Safety, Procurement, Operations, Construction, Facilities and supplier communities.
