TSMG Holding in Madrid is seeking an Automotive Technician to support maintenance of electric and autonomous vehicles. Under Senior Technicians, you will gain hands-on experience with EV systems and contribute to vehicle readiness and safety.

You will perform inspections, basic diagnostics, repairs, and document maintenance while working in a shift-based environment. English required; local language preferred. This role offers hands-on learning and team-focused environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive qualification or certification.
• Basic understanding or experience with electric or hybrid vehicles preferred.
• Willingness to learn EV and advanced vehicle systems.
• Comfortable with night/weekend shifts.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• English required; local language advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
• Carry out basic diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements.
• Support troubleshooting and technical tasks under supervision.
• Assist with hardware and software activities linked to autonomous systems.
• Complete service documentation and maintenance records.
• Support shift operations to ensure vehicle readiness and minimal downtime.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized workshop and working environments.
• Adhere to health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Take direction from Senior Technicians and contribute to team efficiency.
