We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex automotive projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in project tracking, cross-functional coordination, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project.
• Manage production planning and ramp-up phases to ensure successful industrialization.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• 5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools.
• Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
