Do you enjoy thinking creatively to develop innovative solutions for advanced driver assistance systems, modern in-vehicle communication, and other cutting-edge automotive technologies? If you love collaborating with other engineers, engaging with customers, resolving real-world software anomalies, and are eager to shape the future of mobility, then we want you on our team.

1. Build scalable, distributed, resilient, end-to-end SDV architecture leveraging automotive standards.
2. Help the organization streamline partner activities, optimize their engagement lifecycle, ensure global visibility, and accelerate the process of realizing investments in common assets.
3. Maintain very strong communication and coding skills across multiple languages.
4. Foster technical leadership within automotive standards.
5. Make technical decisions and take initiatives to implement and improve non-functional requirements.
6. Support the company's vision in cross-market initiatives.
7. Possess a proven track record of at least 5 years of experience working with automotive standards.
8. Have a strong understanding of Embedded Software Systems.
9. Experience in writing specifications and system documentation.
10. Be an expert in at least one programming language and be well-versed in software design patterns.
11. Engage in peer reviewing concepts, case studies, and marketing materials.
12. Adopt a hands-on mentality.

• Familiarity with the ROS 2 ecosystem and related robotics use cases.
• Understanding of market trends and safety platform concepts for autonomous systems in markets such as Avionics (DO-178C), Medical (IEC 62304), Industrial (IEC 61508), and Railway (EN 50128 / EN 50716).
• Experience with RTOS and/or deeply embedded system development.
