Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Automation Tester in Spain to ensure quality, security, and reliability of updates to IRS code modernization.

You will design test plans, create automated tests with Selenium or Cypress, perform backend API validation, and collaborate across developers and stakeholders within a CI/CD framework.

This remote role offers exposure to modern tooling and a structured quality-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Active IRS MBI clearance is required.
• Experience writing, maintaining, and executing test scripts.
• Hands-on with Selenium or Cypress for automation.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and SQL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze project requirements and translate them into test plans and cases.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests.
• Set up and manage test environments for various testing activities.
• Perform functional, regression, acceptance, and related testing.
• Develop automated tests using Selenium or Cypress.
• Document and track defects through resolution with dev teams.
• Backend testing involving APIs and databases, including SQL validation.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD processes across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Evaluate results and provide feedback on quality and risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation.
• Support accessibility, performance, and security testing as required.
