Gea Group is seeking a Senior Manager Automation to lead automation project execution, manage engineering teams, and drive growth with customer-focused solutions. You will balance project scope, budget, and quality while acting as the key link between customers, project teams, and sales.

The role combines project management, people leadership, and technical automation expertise, with hybrid work, international exposure, and a focus on continuous improvement across engineering processes.

Formación

• Master’s degree in automation engineering or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation, regular, and service projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects meet customer specs, budgets, and quality standards.
• Organize execution within approved budgets and drive performance.
• Mentor Automation Engineers and Lead Automation Engineers.
• Interface with customers, project teams, engineering resources, and sales.
