CGM Clinical is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) to lead test automation design and execution across modern applications. You will build robust frameworks, implement API/UI/performance tests, and drive quality strategy in collaboration with developers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA, strong Python automation skills, UI/API testing expertise, and daily use of English in a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid work and ongoing training are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with automation focus.
• Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.
• Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with UI automation using Playwright and REST API testing.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and tools such as Postman.
• Proficient in Git/GitLab, Docker, and AI tools in daily work.
• Strong English communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
• Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
• Define the product quality strategy with the development team.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in technical reviews and collaborate with developers throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify quality risks and propose process/tool improvements.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover unconsidered scenarios.
• Contribute to validation of AI-based solutions, including agentic systems and LLM-based apps.
