Formación

• 3-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Analytics, Internal Controls.
• Exceptional command of spoken and written English (C1).
• Advanced proficiency in Italian, German, or French.

As part of our Consulting Enterprise Risk Internal Audit team, you will participate in client engagements related to Internal Audit, Process Compliance and Reviews, SOX 404 Reviews, Development of Standard Operating Procedures manuals, and Enterprise Risk Management.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge and experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solutions and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Constantly monitor project progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Apply an application and solution-based approach to problem solving during client engagements and document working papers.
• Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvements based on the client’s business process and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to help them meet performance goals and grow their careers.
• Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans, and activities of the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• 3-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Analytics in Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Compliance, SOX, ERM, TPRM, ESG Reporting, IT General Controls
• Exceptional command of spoken and written English (C1)
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Italian and/or German and/or French
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, data analysis, and validation
