Revolution Medicines in Madrid seeks an experienced Director, Senior Corporate Counsel to advise the Spanish affiliate during the launch of its first oncology product and its commercialization. You will be the primary legal partner to the GM, Spain, balancing risk with commercial objectives across commercial operations, market access, pricing and regulatory matters.

The role requires leading cross-functional legal support, collaborating with European leadership, and managing external counsel

Formación

• Law degree and bar admission in Spain.
• 10+ years of legal experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish pharmaceutical law, competition law, healthcare compliance, and public procurement.
• Experience advising senior leaders in a highly regulated environment.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Advise the General Manager, Spain and local Leadership Team on strategic legal matters.
• Lead in-market legal support for pricing, reimbursement, tenders and market access.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements with vendors, consultants and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage litigation budgets.
• Develop and deliver legal training and ensure compliance with industry codes.
