Savills Spain, a leading international real estate advisory firm, is seeking an Associate Director to join our Hotels Capital Markets team in Madrid. The successful candidate will work with hotel owners, investors, developers and institutional capital on hotel investment and corporate finance transactions across Iberia.

The role combines transaction execution, financial analysis and business development, offering exposure to high-profile assignments and cross-border opportunities within Savills’

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Real Estate, Hotels, M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills, with M&A, equity raising or debt advisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in the execution of hotel investment transactions, including sales and acquisitions of hotels or portfolios.
• Analyse investment and divestment opportunities across hotels, conversions and development projects.
• Participate in M&A and corporate finance transactions across the Hospitality sector.
• Lead transaction processes from mandate to closing, including strategy, investor approach, negotiations and due diligence coordination.
• Coordinate with internal and external advisors and support closing processes.
