If you are a Senior Architect with :

• Strong conceptual, design, and graphic skills
• Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation, and construction administration
• Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
• Experience in large-scale residential projects, especially with a focus on residential layouts
• Previous experience on projects in the Middle East
• Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods
• Exposure to managing project stakeholders, authorities, and consultants
• Ability to develop design options collaboratively
• Proficiency with Rhino, Revit, Vray, and Adobe Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and initiative-taking attitude
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible and open to new working methods

Required skills and experience include :

Architectural qualification (professional or equivalent)

Over 10 years post-qualification experience

Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written

Residential and Middle East project experience
