Formación

• Más de 8 años de experiencia como arquitecto con 5 años en gestión de proyectos.

Job Description:

The role

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects. You will oversee the planning, design, and development of architectural solutions, ensuring that they align with the project objectives and requirements. Your excellent technical expertise and project management skills will be invaluable in effectively managing international external firms and delivering exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production and development of executive, basic and interior projects.
• Develop innovative architectural designs, plans, and specifications for our centres with the collaboration of external international architectural firms conducting periodic quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Project review and supervision
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance to the assigned team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards of architectural design and functionality.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify improvements, monitor project progress, and resolve conflicts to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Construction and budget control
• Supervision of ongoing construction work and their correct execution. Displacements are previewed.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams, including the marketing, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture. A master's in interior design will be highly valuable.
• More than 8 years of experience as an architect, including at least 5 years in a project management role leading a team.
• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness and decoration projects is a must.
• Proven experience in construction sites (on-site monitoring of works, management of contractors and materials).
• Strong proficiency in computer-aided design: Autocad 2D and 3D, Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp, Vray, and Lumion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
