We are seeking a Senior Architect who is passionate about architecture design and eager to work on diverse projects. SOG Design is a leading architectural design firm dedicated to designing cutting-edge structures that inspire and transform spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with project objectives.
• Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing client feedback.
• Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that design milestones and deadlines are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.

Job Requirements :

• Masters’ degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification is a plus. Knowledge of diverse typologies, including commercial and residential.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• International experience working on diverse architectural projects, including real estate, hospitality, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Rhino, CAD, Revit (a plus), Adobe Suite, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent visualization skills, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sustainable design principles and technologies.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player.
