BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. As Applied AI Engineer, you will build and ship AI-powered internal tools to accelerate hiring, finance, and operations workflows. You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs and AI tooling, applying them inside our company to create scalable, reliable solutions.

You’ll own deployments end-to-end, integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services, and collaborate with non-technical teams to turn pain points into elegant automation.

Formación

• Technical background with real building experience and shipped projects.
• Built with modern AI tooling (LLMs, AI coding assistants, workflow automation).
• Startup or entrepreneurial DNA: founded something or built critical internal tooling.
• Able to move fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate with non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English; German a plus.
• Bonus: familiarity with Make, n8n, Retool, Supabase or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools quickly (days/weeks).
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain AI models, APIs, and frameworks into production-ready solutions.
• Document tools to unlock hours company-wide.
• Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with APIs, databases and services.
• Own deployments end-to-end: test, deploy, monitor, and scale.
