BLP is seeking a software engineer to help build automated document processing products. You’ll contribute to a modern tech stack including Golang, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub CI/CD, delivering scalable software in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration with business stakeholders, and mentoring teammates as you shape the product roadmap and drive technical excellence across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
• Product thinking: translate business problems into precise requirements and code.
• Ownership: take responsibility for technical work, product, and team.
• Team-oriented: support team goals and close gaps.
• Abstraction and efficient communication: simplify complex systems and communicate ideas clearly.
