Vibehackers is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered internal tools that accelerate hiring, finance, and operations workflows. You will own end-to-end integrations of LLMs, agent frameworks, embedding pipelines, and related tooling in production environments.

You will prototype rapidly, evaluate models and APIs, connect systems and data stores, and collaborate with non-technical teams to deliver scalable automation with clear ownership.

Formación

• Proven experience with shipped AI projects or equivalent demonstrable work.
• Experience building with modern AI tooling (LLMs, AI coding assistants, workflow automation).
• Comfortable moving fast, communicating clearly, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated ownership and startup/entrepreneurial mindset in previous roles.
• Ability to integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services and operate production systems reliably.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered internal tools (days/weeks).
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain AI models, APIs, and frameworks into production-ready solutions.
• Integrate tools with existing systems (APIs, databases, third-party services) and ensure reliability at scale.
• Own deployments end-to-end: build, test, ship, monitor, and operate without constant supervision.
• Document and share tools so they provide compounding leverage across the company.
• Collaborate closely with non-technical teams to understand pain points and deliver automated solutions.
