Job Title

Senior Application Security Specialist

Job Description

As our Senior Security Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing information security across a group of Sage products, applications, and systems. This includes collaborating with Live Service Management, IT Operations, and Product Engineering teams. Your role involves identifying security improvements, developing implementation plans, and continuously monitoring security measures to ensure effectiveness and high standards.

This is a hybrid position, based in our Madrid office, requiring 3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do :

You will integrate security into the software development lifecycle, especially for public cloud-based SaaS applications. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, along with proficiency in English. Hands-on experience in security operations and development security, understanding of challenges in agile or DevOps environments, and familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC, ISO27001, or PCI are important. Experience with securing public cloud online products is preferred.
