To support our project teams, we are looking for a Senior Application Manager Microsoft M365 for our office in Barcelona or Madrid (full time).

How you will create an impact :

• Plan, develop, implement, and operate Microsoft M365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices.
• Participate in strategic planning to align Microsoft services with business goals, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Define operational level agreements within IT and ensure compliance.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of Microsoft applications in collaboration with the MS operations team.
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with software vendors for support, updates, and enhancements.
• Support knowledge management and digital collaboration initiatives based on Microsoft tools.
• Develop and deliver training, create documentation, and maintain knowledge bases.
• Manage incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

About you :

• IT specialist apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Microsoft application management or similar roles.
• Proven experience developing and customizing within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with SaaS enterprise software and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of integration and automation scenarios, including API management.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Focus on user satisfaction, understanding needs, and meeting expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with international teams and vendors.
