About the role :

As a Senior Appian Developer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The role is centered around business process digitization and automation using Appian. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable BPM solutions in a collaborative and agile environment.

Our client is an innovation-focused division that specializes in driving digital transformation and operational excellence. The team is dedicated to implementing high-impact improvements to business processes using modern, agile methodologies and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain BPMN workflows and case management solutions using the Appian platform
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes in coordination with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX specialists, and development teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery
• Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of delivered applications

Requirements :

Proven experience in business process digitization, improvement, and automation

Strong knowledge of BPMN modeling and case management

Experience working in agile environments

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Candidates must not hold Spanish nationality, per client request

Familiarity with UX concepts and integration of user-centric design

Experience with additional workflow automation tools such as Kogito

Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
