Job summary

Elanco, listed on NYSE (ELAN), is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for Pet Health in Madrid. This hybrid role combines remote work with three days in the Madrid office, focusing on driving product adoption and portfolio growth within targeted Pet Health accounts.

You will identify customer needs, present tailored Elanco solutions, and collaborate with Field Sales and Key Account Managers to align strategies and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of sales, inside sales or a similar role.
• Fluent Spanish and professional Catalan.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work remotely.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption, sell-out performance and portfolio growth across Pet Health accounts.
• Identify customer needs, present Elanco solutions and close sales opportunities.
• Prospect for and qualify new business through outbound campaigns.
• Coordinate with Field Sales and Key Account Managers on account strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay informed on market trends.
