Stark is seeking an experienced Senior Android Engineer to own the architecture and technical direction of the Android application, balancing quality, performance, and speed. You will take end-to-end ownership of mobile features from definition and design through development, release, and monitoring, while collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of Android leadership, strong Kotlin/Jetpack Compose skills, and a data-driven, quality-focused

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading Android application development
• Deep proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android practices
• Strong command of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) with pragmatic evolution
• Solid understanding of concurrency, coroutines, flows, and performance optimisation
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex performance, memory, and stability issues
• Broad knowledge of the Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and key APIs
• Strong testing mindset — unit, integration, and UI testing
• Data-driven product development using A/B testing and feature flags
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple workstreams
• Proficient in English, written and spoken

• Stay current with mobile trends and propose product improvements
• Communicate backlog and progress with engineers and cross-functional teams
