Formación

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant in finance.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan.

C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, based in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office.

What you'll be doing

After an intensive selection process for a planning software, Anaplan was chosen for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out further to cover all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation. This project involves collaboration with Anaplan, an external service provider, and internal teams to maintain and develop the software independently later.

The team currently consists of an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist. To complete this team, we are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
• Bring deep Anaplan expertise into the team and organization, providing training and enabling new resources.
• Support the implementation project alongside external partners.
• Define solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new model requests.
• Own configuration and maintenance of models and the Data Hub.
• Maintain data dictionaries and support defect resolution.
• Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
• Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Test and validate models to meet business requirements and performance standards.

Key Relationships

Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external service providers, and direct interaction with Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of business processes and data flows.
• Ability to understand complex problems and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile methodologies, and proactive.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or comparable qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan.
• Experience in project work and support in project management.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
