About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking top talent to join rindus. We are collaborating with their e-commerce division, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work in a distributed team from our Málaga, Spain office or remotely.

What you'll be doing

Following an extensive selection process, Anaplan's planning software was chosen for financial planning. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is being rolled out for all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation. You will be part of this project, working with Anaplan and an external service provider. You will help develop and maintain the solution, enabling internal capabilities for future independent management. The team currently includes an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist. Your role as a Senior Anaplan Consultant will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead development efforts, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Stakeholders.
• Bring your expertise to embed Anaplan within the organization and train new users.
• Support implementation projects alongside internal teams and external partners.
• Design solution architectures, define scope, estimate efforts, and review models.
• Own configuration, maintenance, and support of models and the Data Hub.
• Develop data models, calculations, and business logic.
• Optimize planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Test and validate models to meet business needs and performance standards.

Key Relationships :

Collaborate internally with IT and business teams, and externally with service providers and Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within retail.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of business processes and data flow.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to agile methodologies.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience with Anaplan.
• Experience in project work and support, including project management.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
