About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores across Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing

After an intensive selection process for a planning software, initially for financial planning, Anaplan's planning software was chosen. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now to be rolled out further and used for all planning scenarios in the financial area / business navigation. This project will be carried out with the support of Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be directly involved in this project so that the software can be maintained and further developed independently later. Currently, this team consists of one Anaplan Model Builder and one Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. To complete this team, we are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will play a steering role from the development side and work closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.
• Bring your deep expertise to integrate Anaplan knowledge into the team and organization, and train and enable new resources.
• Support our implementation project in collaboration with our external partner.
• Define Anaplan solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new model requests, and review federated models.
• Own the configuration and maintenance of centralized models and the Data Hub, maintain the data dictionary, and serve as the final support level for defect resolution.
• Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
• Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.
• Integrate data from various sources into the Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Test and validate the models to meet business requirements and performance standards.

Key Relationships:

Internal relationships with IT colleagues and the business are most important, along with external service providers and direct contact with Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant in Finance, ideally in retail.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of business processes and data flow.
• Ability to understand complex problems and design effective solutions.
• High communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile methodologies, and proactive in work approach.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience with Anaplan.
• Experience in project work and project management support.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
