About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking top talent to join rindus. C&A's e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, collaborates with our team. You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga, Spain, or remotely.

What you'll be doing

After an intensive selection process, Anaplan's planning software was chosen for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out for all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation. This project involves collaboration with Anaplan, an external service provider, and internal teams to maintain and develop the software independently in the future. The current team includes an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant to complete this team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead development efforts, working closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
• Bring deep Anaplan expertise to the team, train, and enable new resources.
• Support the implementation project collaboratively with external partners.
• Define solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new models; review federated models.
• Own configuration and maintenance of models and the Data Hub, manage the data dictionary, and support defect resolution.
• Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
• Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios with the Business Navigation team.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Test and validate models to meet business requirements and performance standards.

Key Relationships :

• Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external service providers, and direct contact with Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within retail.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good grasp of business processes and data flow.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile practices, and proactive.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of Anaplan experience.
• Experience in project work and project management support.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
