About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking the best talent to join rindus. They are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga, Spain, or remotely.

What you'll be doing

After an intensive selection process for a planning software, Anaplan was chosen for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out for all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation. This project involves collaboration with Anaplan, an external service provider, and our internal team, which includes an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist. We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant to complete this team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts, working closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and stakeholders.
• Bring deep Anaplan expertise to the team, training and enabling new resources.
• Support the implementation project in collaboration with external partners.
• Define solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new models, and review federated models.
• Own configuration and maintenance of models and Data Hub, maintain data dictionaries, and support defect resolution.
• Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
• Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios with the Business Navigation team.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Test and validate models to meet business requirements and performance standards.

Key Relationships:

• Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external service providers, and direct contact with Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of business processes and data flow.
• Ability to understand complex problems and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile methodologies, and proactive.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with Anaplan.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is an asset.
