The role partners with senior leaders to shape commercial strategy, transform data into actionable recommendations, and lead forecasting and analytics initiatives.

You will deliver dashboards, manage market research, and collaborate across teams to drive evidence-based decisions and growth in a fast-moving specialty business.

Formación

• Significant experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, business insights, or market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience translating complex data into impactful business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI, digital analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
• Experience in rare diseases, nephrology, or specialty care is highly desirable.

• Transform complex data, market intelligence, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis to support growth and performance.
• Deliver meaningful dashboards, performance reporting, and ad-hoc analytics.
• Manage market research projects and identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate across regional, cluster, finance, commercial, and global teams to drive evidence-based decision making.
• Support omnichannel and customer engagement analytics to enhance commercial effectiveness.
