Bioma's analytics team builds the analytics engineering layer powering reporting, experimentation, and decision-making across the company using dbt and BigQuery.

You will design scalable data models, implement robust tracking foundations, and ship data products while collaborating with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders to drive impact.

You will mentor teammates, uphold data quality, and contribute to CI/CD workflows in a fast-growing analytics environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data engineering with strong data modeling focus.
• Strong SQL skills and Python for analytics workflows and automation.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with marketing and website tracking concepts (events, attribution, funnels) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to align stakeholders on definitions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a scalable analytics engineering layer in dbt, including clean models, marts, shared dimensions, and metric-ready tables.
• Improve tracking and instrumentation across domains; monitor data quality for accuracy and completeness.
• Build data products and datasets for marketing performance, customer lifecycle models, and experimentation-ready tables.
• Improve workflows with naming conventions, data modeling standards, data quality testing, templates, and CI/CD.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions across the organization.
