Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build reliable, scalable data products for enterprise customers and internal teams. You will focus on SQL, dbt, data modeling, and practical AI integration—not just dashboards.

You’ll own projects from stakeholder questions through analysis and delivery, improving dbt practices and contributing to scalable data delivery while handling direct customer-facing responsibilities with team support.

Formación

• Expert-level SQL and hands-on, production-level dbt experience.
• Strong data-modeling skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Fluent BigQuery or equivalent data-warehouse platform experience.
• Proficient Python for data analysis and data-product development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and improve production data models and products using SQL, dbt, Python, and BigQuery.
• Turn business questions into scalable data solutions, from scoping to modeling, testing, and delivery.
• Diagnose data quality, optimize query performance, and manage costs across large datasets.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams to meet feasibility and timelines.
• Leverage AI to accelerate development and automate quality checks and tooling.
