A global leader in medical technology, Zimmer Biomet, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Sales & Incentive Management. This pivotal role involves territory management, data validation, and providing insightful analysis to leadership. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales effectiveness within healthcare and a strong background in data analytics, ideally with tools such as Varicent and PowerBI.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Effectiveness or Healthcare Consulting.
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

What You Can Expect

The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team supports markets with GTM, seller territories mapping, sales force optimization, performance, and incentives. This team plays a critical role in transforming the company into a data-driven organization.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Territory Management on Varicent Sales Planning :

Maintain and update commercial teams' territories mapping on Varicent Sales Planning platform

  • Support business in setting quarterly and yearly targets
  • Run data validation and reconciliation
  • Ensure performance on PBI reflects mapping and rules on Varicent SP

Coordinate with Commercial and HR teams to update platform data for new and role-changing team members

  • Run quarterly incentives on Varicent ICM following plan design
  • Perform validation checks and manage exceptions
  • Address business inquiries
  • Analysis & Data Insights for Leadership :

Create models to provide business insights to leadership

Your Background

  • BSc or MSc in data analytics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in Sales Effectiveness or Healthcare Consulting, preferably Orthopedics
  • Experience with digital systems like Varicent and PowerBI
  • Passion for data analysis and performance tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative, critical thinker with multitasking ability
  • Interest in healthcare technologies like robotics or digital health
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
  • Up to 10%
