Senior Analyst – Marketing Effectiveness - MMM - Based in Spain

Employment Type : Permanent - Full Time

Location : Spain

Description

Our Marketing Effectiveness department helps advertisers optimize their marketing and promotional spend for better returns.

This position is based in Spain. Candidates who do not currently reside in Spain will not be considered. Please attach your CV in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver accurate analytic models using relevant tools and processes, and assist in ad hoc projects as advised by the Team Leader.
  • Interpret analysis results to create concise, insightful customer communications, including presentations and documentation, developing a narrative aligned with the data.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met in accordance with client needs.
  • Continuously develop marketing effectiveness knowledge through in-house training and support the development of Analysts and Graduate Analysts.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics (with a focus on econometrics) or Data Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven experience in econometrics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
  • Good knowledge of media mix, pricing, and promotions, ideally gained in a consultancy, media agency, or media owner context.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with R Studio or other programming skills are advantageous.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), minimum level C1. Interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Flexibility to work from home; both hybrid (Madrid) and fully remote options available.
