Als Front Office Product Owner gestalten Sie global Cash-Management-Produkte, analysieren Markt- und Kundendaten und arbeiten eng mit Origination-Teams zusammen, um Anforderungen zu bündeln und passende Lösungen zu definieren.

Sie bringen 3+ Jahre Produkt-Erfahrung, Bank- bzw. Finanzwissen sowie starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit.

Formación

• Product Owner / Product-Management-Erfahrung (3+ Jahre)
• Erfahrung im Banken-/Finanz-/Technologieumfeld ist erforderlich
• Erfahrung mit Corporate & Investment Banking-Produkten ist vorteilhaft
• Kenntnisse von APIs, KI, Blockchain sowie Plattformprodukten sind vorteilhaft
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1 oder höher) und Bachelor-Abschluss sind erforderlich

We embrace a strong risk culture and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.**Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB)** is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.**THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE****SCIB** s looking for a **Senior Analyst - Global Product** based out of **Boadilla (Madrid)**As a **Senior Analyst of Global Cash Management**, you will be performing the role of Front office Product Owner.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:**Product Strategy and Evolution:*** Analyse and interpret key indicators (clients, market, regulation) in order to create innovative and highly functional products for the multiple client segments across the group which are served by GTB Cash.* Client requirements: collaborate directly with our clients and client origination teams to understand the challenges our clients face in the different geographies where they operate, aggregating these needs – to create and develop solutions at a global level.**Product Design:*** Apply / consider technology, innovation, and market trends in order to create / design new products for our existing and prospective clients;* Experience / comfort with one or all of the following: APIs, Blockchain / Digital Assets, Artificial intelligence, and platform-based products, Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) – is a strong preference.* Experience with ISO20022 standard formats SWIFT and broadly regulation related to payments, etc. – also nice to have.**Product Execution / Delivery:*** Ability to execute end 2 end new product delivery – including but not limited to; ideation, business case, global strategy, funding request, book of work management (coordination, oversight with COO), new product approval (compliance and legal approach) oversight of execution and implementation, go to market strategy – with Origination teams, (GAO, RAO, LAO), B&CF teams, clients, geographies, and wider SCIB stakeholders.**Product Measurement and in-life performance:*** Management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; aggregating information / data to global level, and using it to drive decisions regarding product evolution, modification and capex requests.**Origination & Product collaboration:*** Strong Collaboration with Origination teams (both Corporate and Financial institutions)* Building and prioritization of product development pipeline* Support with approach for clients (material, meetings, events)**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**Our people are our greatest strength.
