Santander Asset Management is seeking an Accounting & Control Sr. Analyst based in Boadilla. You will join the Global Finance & Strategy team, handling statutory reporting, budgeting, liquidity analysis, and audits across SAM entities.

We value strong IFRS/PGC expertise, numerical proficiency, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, with a hybrid work model balancing remote and onsite collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in accounting role.
• External auditor experience in a Big Four is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• ADE/Económicas or degree equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate month-end closing for entities within scope, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting, liquidity and travel reports for stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and business planning processes; coordinate budgets with SAM group entities and global projects.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts and impairment tests; liaise with external auditors and valuators.
• Collaborate with Third Party Risk Management and procurement to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate liquidity requirements and reporting to Group forums, including dividend planning.
