TRADEBE is in an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and leading potential new growth opportunities, both through greenfield / brownfield projects as well as through merger and acquisition processes for the group. Consequently, you will participate and lead the M&A processes defining the appropriate framework, evaluation models and timelines to execute the potential transactions.

Being involved in all aspects of originating and executing greenfield / brownfield and M&A projects

• Target detailed assessment, business planning, M&A valuation, coordination of key stakeholders
• Supporting the execution of strategic projects :

project scoping and work planning, strategic analysis, formalization of recommendations, coordination of stakeholders

• Providing ad hoc strategic analysis to support decision making process of executive team

Between 5-8 years' experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Management Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Finance with roles in strategy and mergers & acquisitions and transactional services

• Proficiency in Spanish is required
