What will you do as a Danish Customer Search Engine Consultant:

• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers and show empathy at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions.
• Communicate with speed, empathy, and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails, and online chats.
