As a Senior Analog / Mixed Signal CMOS Image Sensor Design Engineer, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge image sensor technology. This role requires deep technical expertise in analog/mixed-signal CMOS IC design, a passion for innovation, and a drive to contribute to groundbreaking projects that could revolutionize imaging technology.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and optimize image sensor pixels, PLL, CDS, ADC, and CMOS integrated circuits.
2. Document and analyze chip design, simulation/layout, and test results of sensor and circuit performance.
3. Manage full process design from schematic and layout to verification and reliability testing of high-speed, low-noise circuits.
4. Develop and utilize advanced linear and nonlinear modeling or simulation techniques, translating between models, simulations, physical implementations, and measured performance.
5. Collaborate within a team of image sensor design experts; interface with design management and module teams to specify, report progress, and resolve performance and design issues.
6. Prepare materials for company presentations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.
• 5+ years in analog or mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
• Strong semiconductor physics and analog IC design skills.
• Experience with high-speed analog CMOS circuit design and sensor arrays (5+ years preferred).
• Specific experience in CMOS image sensors (5+ years preferred).
• Extensive experience with Cadence Virtuoso and PVS.
• Thorough understanding of semiconductor device physics.

Nice to Have

• M.S. or Ph.D. degree.
• Experience with low-noise analog design techniques.
• Familiarity with sensor calibration and characterization.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing related to image sensors.
