Qorvo in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a hands-on Senior Analog IC Designer to join our EDA Applications Engineering team. You will design and characterize high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, own them end-to-end, and contribute to tool flows and PDK enablement.

The role requires a strong transistor-level background, Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre experience, and the ability to mentor peers while collaborating with CAD, design, and product teams. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Formación

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in transistor-level analog IC design.
• Experience with amplifiers, references, oscillators, ADCs/DACs.
• Strong knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, simulate, and characterize high-performance analog and mixed-signal blocks.
• Own circuits end-to-end from design through tape-out and silicon debugging.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
