Darkroom’s Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our brand clients as well as implementing our core strategies to drive growth. You will work cross-functionally with our growth and strategy teams.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, and Spain.

What You'll Do

  1. Execute brand strategy including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy and go-to-market approach
  2. Coordinate with the Director of Marketplaces to maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent across Amazon’s marketplace.
  3. Measure and report on category / item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance.
  4. Build client relationships through consistent and frequent communication, making sure output is in line with client expectations. Manage and execute client agenda. You will own 6+ clients at any given time.
  5. Maintain accurate catalog of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portals
  6. Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content and A / B testing
  7. Manage forecasting of annual sales, management of inventory planning & replenishment
  8. Implement marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, Display ads
  9. Work closely with PPC Manager to set ACOS / TACOS goals in line with client expectations
  10. Perform market research; monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and other data including sales trends, conversion rates, and return trends

Who You Are

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central), including product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US consumer regulations (e.g., FDA for supplements)
  2. Proven success with Amazon US-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP)
  3. Demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), and competition dynamics
  4. Must have 2+ years of client-facing experience
  5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage two Junior Brand Managers.
  6. Preferred (but not 100% necessary) experience in categories like Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty Food
  7. Experience with digital assets, A+ / EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent / Child Variations
  8. Experience with Walmart.com is a plus!
  9. Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data
  10. Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale
  11. Entrepreneurial, self-starter seeking to grow our clients' business and drive positive results
