The ideal candidate is an independent thinker capable of managing multiple Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts, as well as leading a team of Junior Account Managers and Interns. As a Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic oversight, contribute to training program development, and ensure the success of your client portfolio. You will manage your own clients, lead your team, and participate in strategic planning.
This is a fully remote position. If hired, you will join a talented and dynamic team.
What You'll Do :
Manage a growing portfolio of up to 10 clients with a focus on high retention.
Assign clients to team members based on skills and experience.
Develop training programs for Junior Account Managers focusing on industry knowledge and management best practices.
Conduct audits and develop tailored strategies for clients.
Facilitate regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Regularly assess client progress, address issues, and explore new strategies.
Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients.
